Pure Strength 

Good morning!

I am very excited to be adding new classes at Whole Health Kawartha and you should be excited too!

Have you ever wanted to learn to lift weights but have felt intimidated or overwhelmed of where to begin? This program will get you building your skills, strength and confidence in a gym setting. Weightlifting is fundamental to a solid fitness plan, yet so many men and women aren’t utilizing it’s incredible benefits. Not only will you build strength and muscle, you will be learning a life long skill.

Pure Strenth will have very limited space, with only 4 spots available in each of the 3 sessions. This class will run 2 days a week for 8 weeks. It will focus purely on the fundamentals of weight lifting; squats, press, bench press and deadlift.  There will also be four classes taught by a guest instructor that will focus on the two Olympic lifts the clean and jerk and snatch.

Days and times will be based upon enrolment but tentative times are:

Monday and Wednesday 5:15-6:15pm and 6:15-7:15pm

Tuesday/Thursday 10:00 am to 11:00

Classes will start the last week of August or start of September!
