What is the Summer Workout Series? It is a free, online workout group that is run through Facebook! This series will be 6 weeks in length and all the workouts and even recipes will be posted in a private Facebook group. All you will need to do is message me and I will add you. Easy as that! There will be two workouts posted a week with more optional ones made available. Also daily motivation and tips on how to get started or stay on track.
I personally do the workouts before posting them and I continue to use them when I am short on time, on vacation or need the motivation from a short workout. Let me help you stay motivated during these hot, fun filled months.
