Healthy Stuffed French Toast

Bavarian Rye Stuffed French Toast.

A special breakfast for Hudson.

Two slices of any bread, spread 1 or 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter on your bread, place sliced strawberries and banana on top, top with other slice of bread.

Then mix two eggs, with two tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract. Place constructed sandwich in egg mixture leave for two minutes each side.

 

Place 1/2 tsp of coconut oil in a skillet and put over low heat.

Take your delicious sandwich put it in the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy with a little bit of real maple syrup, honey or plain like we did this morning. Enjoy!
